Description:

SP2838DP-C / SP2838DP-CP is a surge protection module for installation on a PCB. Performs an emergency power off of the connected device. The SP2838DP-CP further limits pulse nd long surges.

It is used to protect against overvoltage in devices connected to an AC power supply with a voltage of up to 280 Volts and to turn off the power in case of an emergency increase in voltage in the network.

When the input voltage exceeds the 280 V overvoltage cutoff level, the SP2838DP-C / SP2838DP-CP module automatically cuts off the power to the connected device.

 

To modify the SP2838DP-C, the voltage is switched off in the range of 280-300 volts.

 

To modify the SP2838DP-CP, the voltage is switched off in the range of 280-285 Volts.

 

The power supply to the device resumes only after the voltage drops to an operating state below 280 volts.

The voltage reduction rate is up to 100 micro sec

SP2838DP-C / SP2838DP-CP is designed to operate in an extended temperature range from -40 ° C to + 85 ° C.
